It is not our policy to ask or collect any personal information. However if you for some reason provide us with any personal information it will not be sold to thir parties and it will be kept on secure servers and protected using industry standard security measures.

When you visit our site, our web server collects web site usage information from you that is not personally identifiable. This data, as well as any demographic information you may choose to provide to us, will be used to tailor our site and its product lines.

Any contact information gathered may be used for marketing our site or our affiliate sites. An opt-out option will always be available for respondents.

NO artwork of any media format is to be used for a commercial purpose without written permission. All services provided by Balchev.com may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage, or distribution of any information, data or material in violation of any applicable law or regulation is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, trademark, intellectual property, material we judge to be threatening or obscene, material that advocates or calls for the commission of crimes or civil harms to any person, group of people, corporation, country, or any entity, or material protected by trade secret and other statute without proper authorization. Any notification of claimed copyright infringement must follow the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.

Balchev.com is required by law to notify law enforcement agencies when it becomes aware of the presence of child pornography on or being transmitted through its network.

SPAM
Spamming, the sending of unsolicited mass email from or through a balchev.com server or using an email address that is maintained by Balchev.com, or by referencing the domain name in newsgroups is STRICTLY prohibited. Balchev.com will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision. Violators will be immediately suspended and banned forever.

Indemnification
You agree to use all Balchev.com services and facilities at your own risk. Balchev.com specifically disclaims all warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall Balchev.com be liable for any loss, or loss of data, or other commercial damage, including but not limited to special, incidental, consequential or other damages. By accepting this agreement, you agree to waive and hold Balchev.com harmless from any claims relating to any action taken by Balchev.com. Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold Balchev.com harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs, claims, including reasonable attorney’s fees asserted against Balchev.com, its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by customer, its agents, employees, or assigns. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Balchev.com against liabilities arising out of:

(1) any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with Balchev.com’s server;
(2) any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party;
(3) copyright infringement and
(4) any defective products sold to customer from Balchev.com’s server.

Balchev.com shall be the sole judge of what violates this Policy.

Modification
Balchev.com reserves the right to add, delete, or modify any of its policies at any time without notice.
